Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 979ph ("979ph," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the 979ph platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 979ph platform.
1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the 979ph online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at 979ph.app and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").
1.2 By registering an account on 979ph, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 To be eligible to register and use the 979ph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
2.2 979ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
2.3 If you become aware that you no longer satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in this Section, you must immediately cease using the Platform and notify 979ph support.
3.1 To access the full range of services on 979ph, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge.
3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
3.3 One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 979ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 979ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.4 Account registration is subject to identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") procedures. 979ph may require you to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before activating your account or processing withdrawals.
3.5 979ph reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
3.6 You must not register an account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account. Account sharing is prohibited.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 979ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number.
4.2 You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. 979ph will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 979ph support immediately.
4.3 You agree to notify 979ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 979ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4.4 979ph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This feature is available in your Account Settings and provides an additional layer of security by requiring OTP verification at each login.
4.5 All transactions carried out through your account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been authorized by you, unless you have previously notified 979ph of unauthorized access in accordance with Section 4.3.
5.1 979ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods , which are available to Filipino players in compliance with Philippine payment regulations:
5.2 All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
5.3 Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 979ph wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times.
5.4 979ph does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which 979ph accepts no responsibility.
5.5 You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
5.6 979ph does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards used for gambling funding purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted through your 979ph account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified.
6.2 Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete the KYC verification process as described in Section 3.4. Withdrawals will not be processed to unverified accounts.
6.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your 979ph account. 979ph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.4 979ph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) hour for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) banking days for bank transfers. These are target timeframes and are not guaranteed; processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
6.5 979ph reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
6.6 Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements (see Section 7) are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited upon a withdrawal request.
7.1 979ph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this Section.
7.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. You must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) the required number of times using real-money bets before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
7.3 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, use of multiple accounts, or any other method that 979ph determines to constitute bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
7.4 979ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements remaining in force.
7.5 Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Players may decline a bonus by contacting 979ph support before the bonus is credited.
8.1 All games available on the 979ph Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained dealers in real time. Game outcomes are determined by chance and cannot be predicted or influenced by 979ph or any player.
8.2 The rules applicable to each individual game are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. 979ph accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the applicable game rules.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 979ph will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, the affected game round may be voided and any wagers placed during the affected round refunded to the player's account.
8.4 979ph's decision on all game-related disputes is final and binding, subject to the player's right to escalate unresolved complaints to the relevant regulatory authority.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 979ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
10.1 All content on the 979ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface designs, is the property of 979ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
10.3 The 979ph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 979ph. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of 979ph.

Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
12.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 979ph reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, to forfeit such balance entirely.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 979ph's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 979ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.2 979ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
13.3 979ph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 979ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14.1 979ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.2 979ph implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and 979ph cannot guarantee absolute security.
14.3 979ph may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by applicable law or court order.
15.1 979ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the Platform. Where changes are material, 979ph will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.2 Any dispute arising between you and 979ph in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to 979ph's customer support team for resolution. 979ph will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of a formal complaint.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
